PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Complete gutting of existing bathroom; Provide new French doors, deck and spiral stairs to existing hot tub outside. Shower amenities include a hand-held, body sprays and a steam unit; The tub features an Ultra Thermo-Masseur air injection system. Walk-in closets were reconfigured and tubular skylights were added. Scope of work also includes 10 new Marvin windows, two double French doors, custom design & made (by us) Craftsman style cabinetry and framed mirrors, electric radiant heat floors, new HVAC, a Fantech heat recovery ventilator, ultra efficient sprayed foam insulation and finally, new hardwood floor.
