PROJECT DESCRIPTION: This one was 'quite an order';  -Accommodate a home theatre area, a home gym area, a kitchenette, a guest bedroom, a full bathroom including a custom steam shower, a ' passive' wine closet, a pool table, several custom closets and a large storage area, all within 1200 square feet!  The physical challenge was those ugly, "offensive" half-dozen, or so, structural columns (posts) all over the place, breaking up the flow of the rooms;  Somehow, we were able to conceal all of them, except for two, which we 'wrapped' with oak and mini shelves at bar height (42") by the pool table for those nice, refreshing 'little drinks'...
