CLIENT: Robert & Christine Farrell
PROJECT LOCATION: Yorktown Heights, NY
PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Complete gutting of existing bathroom.
Relocation of all the fixtures, enabling a larger, all marble shower with a
built-in seat. The frameless shower enclosure, the silent fan, the
tiles, the cherry wood vanity, the Corian top, the medicine cabinet w
built-in lighting, all added a nice touch. But perhaps the biggest
improvement of this dark bathroom was the addition of the tubular skylight.
The 14" round skylight brought a completely new life to this once dark,
gloomy bathroom, which lost its window when the previous owner built an
addition next to it. To this day, the new homeowner "still can not
believe the difference". To think that, in the early stage of the
project, the homeowner had change his mind against the skylight, and then
fortunately changed it back again!!!
