Fall 2005

Stone tiles, reclaimed wood floors, cabinetry is being installed.  The outside is now 99% completed.

Summer 2005

Siding, trim, decking (all 3 engineered) is underway.  Insulation is being sprayed inside.

Spring 2005

Windows and doors are in, mechanicals are well underway, deck is being framed.

Winter 2004 -2005

Exterior framing (there is NO -zero- interior load bearing walls) is almost completed.

Fall 2004

Nothing but the 48' tall, extended chimney and the existing foundations remains standing...

Summer 2004

Engineering work on the load bearing chimney is being done inside...

Spring 2004

Scaffolding is being erected on the roof, so that the chimney can be extended an extra 15'...
