PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Remodel lower level -- Demolition of existing finished partition walls; Replacement of windows, extensive lighting and electrical work, HVAC & plumbing work; A kitchenette with an under counter refrigerator, full bathroom with neo-angled shower, all new laundry room, tile work, large office area, play area, numerous closets, and two large unfinished storage area were also part of the project. A French door, reconfigured staircase with landing made this two level walk-out "basement" a whole lot more inviting and practical. What a transformation of an existing, seldom used dark, humid, cold and noisy space!
