PROJECT LOCATION:  Scarsdale, NY.
PROJECT GOALS:  Bring this classic brick colonial to today's standard.  Enlarge the kitchen without an addition.  Same for the master bathroom.
Also, slash the $800 per month heating bill by half.  Same for the electricity needed for air conditioning.
PROJECT DESCRIPTION:  This kitchen, powder room, built-ins, and patio are part of a major whole house remodel, with the second floor and its three full bathrooms.
The Laundry room was also relocated from the basement to the bedroom level.
Project also included a new high efficiency sealed combustion boiler, blown-in insulation through out the house, a new refinished basement, and finally radiant heat floors throughout the kitchen and the basement.
