PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Finish lower level  --  Featured is a traditional 9' pool table, a maple kitchenette with granite countertop, a full, spacious bathroom  with large custom tiled shower and frameless glass enclosure, large office area, a TV area, a few closets, and two large unfinished storage room.  Extensive lighting and electrical work, HVAC & plumbing work were also part of the project scope of work.  Sliding doors, reconfigured staircase with landing made this high ceiling, walk-out "basement" a whole lot more inviting and practical.  What a nice, affordable, quick and inexpensive way of adding 1600 square feet of quality living space to your existing headquarters!
