* PROJECTS IN THE WORKS *
^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^
* UPCOMING PROJECTS * We have not one, not two, but three "drop dead gorgeous" walk-out lower levels (formerly referred to here as "basements") that will be posted here on our site very shortly. One is already completed, a second one almost completed, and a third one just over half way done. You will NOT believe these new living spaces are actually "basements"... One other also incredible project is a 2000 square foot addition that is 90% completed; Once a unused attic, these new living quarters are truly inspirational... Stay tune... Come back every week and click on What's New for our latest posting... ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^
* NEWS OF INTEREST * BACK TO SCHOOL Absolute Remodeling Corp will soon be a "BPI-Certified Home Performance Contractor (Building Performance Institute); It's principal, Sylvain Côté, is currently under a two-week training program. The program is funded by the New York State Energy Research & Development Authority (NYSERDA) in conjunction with New York State's Energy Smart programs and focuses on developing, marketing, and delivering Building Science Curriculum for contractors and remodelers in New York State. What does this mean to you, the homeowner? If your gas, oil, or electric bills are high, a building performance contractor can help you identify areas of your home where inefficiencies are causing you to pay more than you have to in utility bills. Find out more. Best of all, the state may even pay for the improvements! Find out more about the Energy Star Label Homes Program.
GREAT CLIENTS The importance of asking the right questions to a contractor before you hire them has been very well documented. Little has been said on how to get the most out of them once you hire them, and even less has been said on how the homeowners themselves can make a big difference on a great outcome for their project. from our "critics" lately, We posted a few of them

Johnson, author of The One-Minute Salesperson.

* HAVE A $100 DINNER ON US Are you aware that
your recently completed project became "Our Working Showroom"* and you have
become "Our Best Salesperson"? When your support
results into a signed project with us, we will show our gratitude to those who recommend
us and to those of you who open their doors to let one of our prospective customers see
"the Working Showroom"*. We'll send you to
dinner at one of Westchester's premiere restaurants, Peter Pratt's Inn, on us! (A $100
value. Good for a la carte dining, Tuesdays
to Sundays). Peter Pratt's Inn
was recently awarded a four star rating by Gerry Dawes, a writer for The Journal News. You can find out more by visiting the web site,
Peter Pratt's Inn.com.
You'll be able to review the menu and wine list, and even get directions. We
recommend printing the map. Bon Appetit! *What WE call a "Working Showroom" is an actual, real, functional project (i.e.: kitchen, bathroom) that has been built around existing conditions, restrictions and obstructions, as opposed to those setup showrooms found in retailer's displays where the only limitation is the designer's imagination! ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^
