Necessary work to be done: demolition, extensive waterproofing repairs/upgrades, grade work, removal of buried leaking oil tank, break through foundations to accommodate new [4] windows; 'skylight tunnel' in stairway, all new lighting, electrical [incl. new full panel], plumbing, full bathroom, laundry room, office area, custom woodwork [incl. custom desk], new stairway and finally, Mexican tiles. Hard to believe this basement was once being flooded at every rainfall!
