An adjacent closet was made slightly smaller and a set of open shelves were
eliminated (see before & after floor
plans) to enlarge the bathroom and accommodate two persons comfortably. A tubular
skylight, frameless shower enclosure, 2 silent
exhaust fan, white Carrera marble
countertops, tub
surround & matching tumbled marble floor tiles, steam shower with a built-in
seat,
Ultra thermo-masseur tub, wainscoting, pocket
doors, LCD TV, built-in speakers were part of the scope of work.
