PROJECT LOCATION: Dobbs Ferry, NY
PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Finishing of existing attic. Basically, most of
the large open space was transformed into a giant home gym. These new
private training facilities with vaulted ceilings and exposed beams could
easily place many commercial gym to shame! A kitchenette, a
full bathroom, home office for two people, large walk-in closets, over one
hundred linear feet of custom built-ins, two large suspended, rotating
plasma TV, built-in speakers are just a few of the amenities. A
"silent floor mat", new HVAC zone, extensive lighting work, several much
larger windows are some of many other not-so-obvious features that we can
think of for now. A peak at the
