PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Master bedroom & bathroom suite remodeling - Scope of work:
Complete demolition; All new redesigned
Master bedroom & bath floor plan;
Structural work, new
windows, all new electrical, lighting, plumbing (incl. a large water
heater, which is necessary to handle high volume shower & tub valves), two
silent remote attic mount exhaust fans (one in each bathroom);
All new plumbing fixtures, an Ultra Thermo-Masseur air injection tub, a custom
Steamist steam shower w built-in bench,
a hand held shower & an oversized, overhead shower head; All
faucets, shower & bath controls by Grohe. Frameless glass enclosure
was the selection of choice for the shower. It also includes 2
separate 42" cherry wood vanities with under-mounted bowls, granite countertop;
Limestone and tumbled marble tiles were used on walls & floors. The adjacent "kids bathroom" was also
simultaneously remodeled.
